Charlie Kuo

"My name is Chiehli but people call me Charlie. I was born in Taiwan and immigrated to Australia 10 years ago. My parents come from a Chinese tradition and were always engaged in art and culture."

Charlie Kuo, a self-taught artist from Brisbane, creates fun and joyful impressionistic works, full of colour and life. Her art is all about inspiring happiness.

"I grew up in a happy family. As far back as I can remember, I have always seen my parents donating to disadvantaged groups and orphans. I gladly carry on our family tradition and support charities as well." – Charlie K
